Delays & events beyond control

Lost, damaged, or missing items
  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of packaging and product.

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us; we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

  • Wrong/short shipment: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll correct it.
