Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in original packaging.

2) Non-returnable items
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Custom or final-sale items (if clearly marked at purchase)

  • Gift cards

3) Return eligibility checklist

Before sending a return, ensure:

  • Item is unused and in original condition

  • All accessories/manuals are included

  • You have proof of purchase (order # or receipt)

4) How to start a return
  1. Email 380148906@qq.com with your order #, item(s), and reason.

  2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address [RETURN ADDRESS].

  3. Pack items securely and include your order # inside the parcel.

  4. Use a trackable shipping service.

Note: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), return shipping costs are your responsibility.

5) Refunds
  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Optional restocking fee: [0–15%] (set to 0% if you don’t charge this).

6) Exchanges

Fastest way: place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.

7) Defective, damaged, or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. If confirmed, we’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.

8) Warranty claims

Our products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Email 380148906@qq.com with photos/videos and your order # for assessment and next steps.

9) Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  • Check with your bank/issuer

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Then email us with the refund confirmation we sent
